Valete’s soundtrack for Portuguese feature film “Quero Ser Uma Estrela”
While finishing up his album, Valete, the Portuguese MC selected for Diversidad, is the voice of the feature movie « Quero Ser Uma Estrela »’s soundtrack released late October. Directed by famous Portuguese director José Carlos Oliveira (this is his 5th movie and he’s been directing lots of TV series) “Quero Ser Uma Estrela” is about human trafficking and child prostitution in Mozambique. This heavy topic is illustrated by Valete’s sharp lyrics and his typical raw flow.
The track, called “Holofotes”, was produced by Brazilian artist Nave known as one of the best Hip Hop producers in South America.
